Description
Welcome to Dungeons! — a 48-page zine, offering you a collection of boggy holes and haunted cellars (previously known as the Dungeoneer’s Black Book and converted from a DTRPG print-on-demand to a zine format). Henceforth, no evening shall pass without the gruesome, ultimately inevitable death of a beloved character. Unsurprisingly, this zine contains a multitude of ruthless DUNGEONS. Most presented on a single spread, other stretch across several pages. Here is a list:
The Dusty Catacombs, Dr. Grigoriy Laboratory Warren, The Virulent Court, The Cave of the Ogyr King, The Seven Armed Stomach, Smuggler Cave, The Caves of Metamorphosis, The Prison of Viscount Rotlieb, The Burning Cave, Miasma Cave, The Crystal Cave, The Thulian Comet, Wizard Dimension, Sealed Prison, Alchemist Laboratory, THE CVLT OF THE BLOOD BREWERY.

I just took delivery of this zine and 2 others by the same author (Death and Taxes and Hadron Lamb for Cy). This creator’s zines are probably my favorite available.
This particular zine, DUNGEONS!, is very cool. It opens with a dungeon that you generate with playing cards. I’ve seen similar systems implemented for solo play. Next, it has a “word dungeon”, where the text serves the double purpose of description and cartography. This is similar to another product called “Forsaken Scriptures” that i’ve seen in shops in the US. The rest is pretty standard fare, but with the eye-popping layouts and designs that i’ve come to expect from Christian Eichhorn.
Lastly, my review of Beyond Cataclysm. Top notch experience. I ordered from the US. My package actually arrived faster than if i had ordered from many US shops. No shade on those shops really, mostly just praise for this shop. You might be sketched out to buy stuff internationally right now, which is totally understandable. You won’t get tracking, which might bother some people. I can report that things worked out this time, and I plan on ordering again.
Customer support has been stellar. There was a mistake with my order and Dave quickly offered to right the mistake. They also just threw a bunch of generous bonus items into my original order before even knowing about the mistake.
So in short, if you are looking for items that are hard to find in US, this is a good shop for it.
