A Game to Play in the Shadows
In Low Stakes, you portray a gothic horror monster (like a vampire, werewolf, or ghost) or one of their human friends sharing a home with other monsters in the modern day. As it turns out, you’re not very good at it.
In this GM-less RPG, you’ll engage in sitcom-style shenanigans as you and your friends guide your characters through the vicissitudes of conventional 21st century life, all the while trying to master your character’s problem areas and vie for influence amongst your monstrous roommates.
Pretty low stakes.
Low Stakes draws inspiration from and is a love letter to What We Do in the Shadows.
