Description

You’ve got two quarters in your right front pocket, two bullets in your revolver, and there’s an angel on the other side of town that wants you dead.

He’s going to have to get in line, though, because down the crumbling concrete stairs in the rec center basement a group of councilmen have been growing their own cerberus, and it’s just about large enough to start taking live prey.

Backup’s still twenty minutes out, assuming the engine in their beaten old sedan doesn’t cough itself straight out of the chassis, but the moon is high and the chanting’s already begun, so it’s time to gird yourself.
